If you're looking for more 1-on-1 attention to help take your fitness to the next level, personal training is a great addition to your routine! Your coach will develop a program specific to your needs and goals, and will help you navigate any exercise adaptations and nutrition advice to help you get the most out of your training. Many of our members come in for a mix of private training and classes, to receive both the benefit of customized programming, and the fun of working out with the rest of their Rx Family!
