Service Description

A great plan needs fine-tuning. This is your accountability checkpoint. In these sessions, you and Registered Dietitian Morgan Gosselin will: Review your progress, celebrate your wins, and troubleshoot any roadblocks. Analyze your tracking data or food logs to see what's working and what's not. Make strategic adjustments to your plan to keep you moving forward. These check-ins are essential for ensuring your nutrition strategy evolves as you do, helping you bust through plateaus and stay on track.


Cancellation Policy

Life can get hectic, we get it! We kindly ask that you try to cancel your reservation at least twenty-four (24) hours before it begins. We want to be sure that everyone has a fair and equal opportunity to enjoy our services. If you fail to cancel within this timeframe, it will be considered a late cancel or "no-show," and your session may be forfeited. Please be as considerate to your coaches and fellow athletes as you would like for them to be to you!
