Class: Rx Fit (Mon-Fri 6am + 6pm)
Service Description
Rx Fit, our flagship class, is a well-rounded approach to getting healthy and strong. You'll always train at least one major barbell lift to stimulate muscle growth, perform appropriate accessory exercises to develop your technique and keep your body balanced, and finish with a conditioning circuit to burn fat, improve stamina, and have a little “fun” at the end the workout!

Cancellation Policy
Life can get hectic, we get it! We kindly ask that you try to cancel your reservation at least twenty-four (24) hours before it begins. We want to be sure that everyone has a fair and equal opportunity to enjoy our services. If you fail to cancel within this timeframe, it will be considered a late cancel or "no-show," and your session may be forfeited. Please be as considerate to your coaches and fellow athletes as you would like for them to be to you!
