Jeff is an amazing trainer with passion and motivation for his clients. His bootcamps are creative, fun, energetic (never repetitive) and Jeff knows how to get you through a workout even when you feel as though its impossible! Jeff’s an awesome trainer and also runs great bootcamp classes. After a few years of skipping the gym to focus on school, I wanted to get back into shape and knew I needed someone to motivate me. Jeff is an amazing trainer! He is a great teacher who ensures you get every move down no matter how many times he has to show you how to do something. I do Jeff’s boot camp on Monday and Wednesday nights with some of my co-workers. The class is very challenging and changes every week, so the workouts are never boring. Jeff really makes the boot camp class fun and pushes us to give it our all. I am so happy with the way I feel and look since I have started taking the class in June.
